Tony Summers is the founder of PWS and brings five years of experience in the pet waste industry. He's also proud to support and employ adults with disabilities. The staff are hard-working, contributing members of the community and always bring a smile to people's faces.

Baron is an inspiration at PWS and has an incredible entrepreneurial spirit. He was diagnosed with autism at age 1. Now at 17, he's a dedicated part owner of PWS with a passion for doing the best job possible.
